Once again Hip-Hop and social activism collide to make this YouTube video of the political unrest in Egypt, mashed-up to the music of Kanye West’s song “Power”.
Whether or not you agree with what’s happening out in Egypt, you must recognize how Hip-Hop is still the dominant genre to young people worldwide, used in every imaginable way to communicate one’s message.
